  3. Collaborate Efficiently: Support staff associated with an adviser can also upload documents or add messages when action is needed, fostering seamless teamwork and faster resolutions.
Make the Most of Document and Information Uploads

Submitting outstanding requirements is now simpler and more secure than ever::

  • Easy Uploads: When an activity requires additional information or documents, you can upload up to 10 files (up to 10MB each) directly to the activity in Activity Management.
  • Immediate Processing: Once you upload and submit the required documents, the activity is automatically reactivated for our operations team to review—eliminating the need for extra emails or phone calls.
  • Effortless Tracking: Once you’ve provided the required documents, the outstanding requirement section disappears—giving you immediate confirmation that your activity is up to date.
  • Secure Submissions: Documents uploaded via North Online are protected, ensuring sensitive client information remains confidential and secure.
