From Monday, 4 May, we’re rolling out a range of enhancements across North Online and the North Mobile app, designed to streamline everyday tasks and give advisers greater clarity and confidence.

What’s New?

Easier advice fee uploads

We’ve introduced an intuitive drag‑and‑drop experience for uploading Advice Fee documents via the Advice Fee menu in North Online.

This enhancement simplifies document handling and reduces manual effort - helping you move faster, with fewer steps.

We’ll continue to extend drag‑and‑drop functionality to additional transactions over time, so stay tuned.

Improved transaction visibility – now on mobile

Following enhancements to transaction history in North Online earlier this year, these improvements are now available in the North Mobile app, giving you clearer visibility wherever you are:

  • Employer names displayed – quickly identify the source of contributions
  • Detailed employer contribution breakdown – see each contribution type clearly separated for improved transparency
  • Clearer rollover tracking – easily track where rollovers have come from and where they’ve been transferred, making it simpler to track your superannuation movements.
North Interactive Wealth Portal – deeper support for advice construction

Since launching the North Interactive Wealth Portal in March, we’ve continued to build on its capability.

The Wealth Projection Tool has been enhanced to support Lifetime advice modelling by enabling advisers to download projection data required for XTools+ in XPLAN, helping ensure advice construction is based on compliant, trusted information.

The XTools Transfer Data report can be accessed directly from the projection output screen via the Download SOA Data button.
