Upload forms already supports a wide range of everyday requests, such as account transfers, withdrawals, contribution splitting and changes to bank details.
Helping you manage key client transactions in one place. Now, we’re extending this capability even further, so more document types can be submitted digitally, reducing paperwork and simplifying your workflow.
Once uploaded, you can track progress directly in Activity Management, giving you clear visibility without follow‑up emails or guesswork.

- Suspended fund switch requests
- Merging client numbers
- Authority to access client information
- Building on existing capability.
