How can I start using the North app?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and register with your North client number and password.
I’ve forgotten my username and password, what can I do?
You can use this guide to help you retrieve your username or reset your password.
I’m logging in for the first time, where can I find my login details?
Your user ID will be sent to you via a welcome email or text and your temporary password will be sent to you separately.
What phone can I use to access the North mobile app from?
We recommend using an:
- Apple IPhone running IOS11.4.1 and above
- Android phone running Android 7.1 and above.
Who can I contact to get help with the app?
You can contact your financial adviser or the North Service Centre using NorthChat or by calling 1800 667 841.
