Four new multi-asset managed portfolios added to North’s investment menu
We recently added Elston’s flagship multi-asset managed portfolios series to our investment menu to provide you and your clients with greater choice.
The actively managed diversified portfolios include between 25 to 45 holdings and invest in ASX100 companies, managed funds and ETFs.
The portfolios are designed for investors seeking long term capital growth above inflation, tax effective income growth, a non-index weighted portfolio construction, and who are comfortable with a minimum investment timeframe between four and seven years.
The investment process for these portfolios encompasses five stages:
- Strategic asset allocation
- Tactical asset allocation
- Investment selection
- Portfolio construction
- Ongoing portfolio management
