Four new income managed portfolios have been added to North’s investment menu this month
We recently added Elston’s income managed portfolio series to the North investment menu. This portfolio series is aimed at delivering targeted investor outcomes, particularly for retirees seeking income generating solutions. The models have been designed to strike a balance between income generation and preservation of future income - with a focus on better cash flow matching and achieving suitability for lower tax structures.
With over $8 billion in funds under management, Elston have developed this series to accompany their existing diversified multi-sector and Australian Equity investment solutions and broaden their range of offerings with this release.
