As your portfolio grows, unlock lower rates for administration fees

Our tier structure has a minimum administration fee of $180 pa ($15 per month) and the fee rate gets progressively lower in each tier1. Administration fees are only charged on the first $1.25m for a member or family group.

A cap on fees

The Lifetime fee of 0.10% pa which applies to MyNorth Lifetime accounts is capped at $500 pa. The Trustee fee of up to 0.015% for superannuation members is capped at $300 pa per account.

Cash account

An Investment fee of 0.75% pa applies to Cash accounts.


1 Clients will pay either the minimum administration fee of $180 pa or the percentage-based administration fee, depending on their account balance. Where individual or family fee aggregation applies, the minimum is applied at the group level and proportioned based on the balance held in each account.

Not charged on NCAP accounts or accounts with a MyNorth Guarantee that started before 28 November 2020.

How do I make a contribution to my super?

You can contribute to your super via direct debit on North Online, EFT, BPAY or cheque. You can also roll over funds from other super providers, if this is right for you.

  1. Log onto your online banking facility
  2. Enter account name - your first name and surname 
  3. Enter BSB number  033 806
  4. Enter bank account number - this is your 8 digit MyNorth account number (Note: do not include the letter)
  5. Add a 1 for personal, or 3 for spouse contributions at the end 
    • eg. A personal contribution for John Doe
    • Account name: John Doe
    • BSB: 033 806
    • Account number: 123456781

Note: Any contributions processed via North Online will provide an account number or BPAY reference number with the final digit of 9.

How can I view my account details?

You can view your account details by logging into North Online. You can do this by selecting the Login button (at the top right-hand corner) and entering your user ID and password. If you’re logging in for the first time you would have been sent your user ID in our welcome letter and a temporary password in a separate letter and email. If you have any problems logging into your account, please call the North Service Centre on 1800 667 841.

From North Online you can securely

  • produce reports, like account summaries, and
  • access the latest product information and news.
