How do I make a contribution to my super?

You can contribute to your super via direct debit on North Online, EFT, BPAY or cheque. You can also roll over funds from other super providers, if this is right for you.

Contributing via EFT or BPAY

How to use EFT and BPAY through your banking facilities

EFT

  1. Log onto your online banking facility
  2. Enter account name - your first name and surname 
  3. Enter BSB number  033 806
  4. Enter bank account number - this is your 8 digit MyNorth account number (Note: do not include the letter)
  5. Add a 1 for personal, or 3 for spouse contributions at the end 
    • eg. A personal contribution for John Doe
    • Account name: John Doe
    • BSB: 033 806
    • Account number: 123456781

Note: Any contributions processed via North Online will provide an account number or BPAY reference number with the final digit of 9. 

BPAY

  1. Log onto your online banking facility
  2. Enter BPAY biller code - 38778
  3. Enter BPAY reference number - this is your 8 digit MyNorth account number (Note: do not include the letter)
  4. Add a 1 for member non-concessional, or 3 for spouse contributions at the end 
    • eg. A personal contribution for John Doe
    • Account name: John Doe
    • Biller code: 38778
    • Account number: 123456781

How can I view my account details?

You can view your account details by logging into North Online. You can do this by selecting the Login button (at the top right-hand corner) and entering your user ID and password. If you’re logging in for the first time you would have been sent your user ID in our welcome letter and a temporary password in a separate letter and email. If you have any problems logging into your account, please call the North Service Centre on 1800 667 841.

From North Online you can securely

  • view your correspondence in statements & correspondence section
  • make deposits and contributions
  • produce reports, like account summaries, and
  • access the latest product information and news.
