We’re introducing new functionality to support Ongoing Fee Arrangements

On Monday 8 August, we're introducing the following enhancements to better support the use of Ongoing Fee Arrangements (OFAs):

Updates to the advice fee consent form (previously known as the advice fee alteration form)

From 8 August, the advice fee alteration form will now be referred to as the advice fee consent form. This terminology change is the result of feedback we received from you and will be reflected throughout North Online.

OFA event alerts

Similar to the event alerts used for fixed term advice fees, we are introducing new event alerts for OFAs. These alerts can be subscribed to so that you can be notified of upcoming anniversary dates, renewal periods and OFAs where the renewal period has lapsed within the previous 7 days.

These event alerts will help you to manage your OFAs and future renewals.

Reporting

The advice fee schedule report and historical advice fee payments report will now include information about your OFAs. This means that you can continue to use these reports how you normally would, and review OFA information as well.
