This month, we’ve added Real Asset Management and their Diversified Fixed Interest Portfolio to our investment menu.
This portfolio is actively managed with a focus on quality income generated from ASX listed credit and income securities. It’s designed for investors seeking regular income with moderate levels of volatility, and the ability to benefit from imputation credits.
About the manager
Real Asset Management (RAM) is an Australian-owned wealth and asset manager specialising in real estate, credit and private equity markets, globally. Founded in 2010, RAM now has five offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Shanghai and Hong Kong, and a team of over 100 professionals who manage more than A$4bn.
RAM’s investment philosophy
RAM’s investment philosophy is built around keeping the investment process simple and transparent, ensuring that their clients are at the centre of everything they do. For their income-focussed managed account strategies, RAM has a value and quality bias to portfolio construction, with a focus on delivering regular income with risk-adjusted absolute returns and minimal duration risks.
They run a bottom-up process with a top-down macro-overlay to ensure the portfolio is appropriately positioned to current market circumstances and their economic outlook.
